We have a number of corporate social responsibility initiatives in place to ensure that we are making the best of our position to help and nurture society.

Project Sarthak - a CSR initiative of Spanco BPO is a pioneering model within the BPO industry which aims at the creation of training hubs with a view to provide a fresh approach to livelihood development impacting the weaker section of society - the primary target being rural youth. The first of these centers with state- of the- art technology was opened in Gurgaon.

The initiative is managed by SEED, a national NGO which acts as an opinion-building think tank with the objective of strategizing & implementing CSR projects thereby impacting business strategy, stakeholder requirements and fulfilling community needs.

The areas of intervention include vocational training in Interactive Personality Development, English Speaking Skills, Computer Skills, BPO processes & Life Skills training with a special emphasis on workplace behaviour to disadvantaged youth.

The unique features of the initiative are al fresco training sessions i.e. exposure visits to call centers and Mentor Mentee Program where each beneficiary was paired with an employee (from Spanco BPO) throughout the duration of the course.
